What is Fibro-Complete?
Fibro-Complete is a great new product designed specifically for the Fibromyalgia sufferer. Research and development took two years. It was initially developed by a doctor who specializes in the care of Fibromyalagia patients. The formula was then evaluated and refined based upon the recommendations of a team of industry specialists, doctors, and biochemists. Fibro-Complete utilizes your body's normal enzymatic and hormonal pathways to increase serotonin production. How to take Fibro-Complete
Fibro-Complete is supplied in two easy to use mini packs.
The daytime pack has 6 capsules and 1 softgel (golden color). The 6 capsules are identical and designed to be taken as 3 capsules in the morning and 3 capsules in the afternoon. The larger softgel should be taken in the morning. It is advisable that all constituents be taken with food and with a full glass of water.
The nighttime pack, SleepComplete, contains 2 capsules and 1 softgel. The night time pack can be utilized in a variety of ways:
- All three pills can be taken approximately 45 minutes prior to the desired sleep time.
OR
- 1 capsule and the softgel can be taken 45 minutes prior to desired sleep time. The other capsule can be taken if an awakening occurs.
The nighttime pack consists of constituents that round out the daytime multi-vitamin. It also consists of pro-inflammation medicators and other constituents which promote relaxation and sleep. In he nighttime product IPA is replaced with Evening Primrose to eliminate the possibility of any stomach upset.
Medication use can vary the nighttime packet use. Consultation with your prescribing physician is advised. Once the packets are opened you should not save any unused contents for longer than several days. Unopened packets should be kept dry, at normal room temperatures and out of direct sunlight.

Can I only take the daytime formula?
Yes, both formulas are designed to be stand alone products but are also designed to work together in a synergistic fashion. Not taking the nighttime formula will likely cut down on the effectiveness of the product overall.
Do I have to take all the vitamins in the pack?
In order to maximize benefits we recommend that the product be taken as described above.
Do I need to take the vitamins every day?
In most instances the prescribed daily usage is recommended. Some people will find a benefit to taking a single day off from taking vitamins one day per week Others will benefit more from consistent uninterrupted use.
Interactions:
The formulation should only be taken by individuals who have no allergies to any of the constituent parts. The daytime or nighttime formulation can be taken as a stand alone product or in combination with medications. Anyone who intends to utilize this product in conjunction with prescription medications should consult their prescribing physician. Anyone who is taking a medication which artificially enhances Serotonin function should consult a physician prior to taking this product. Once you have consulted with your physician when taking this product in conjunction with a Serotonin enhancing medication you may take the nighttime product as described previously.
