46 people were sent pre-trial Oswestrys and Visual Analog Scales (VAS)
30 people returned the pre-trial surveys.
8 of the pre-trial surveys were eliminated.
After a 4 month trial of taking the product all 22 of the remaining participants returned the post-trial Oswestry, VAS, and survey.
2 of the post-trial surveys were eliminated (1-developed a severe cervical disc herniation during the trial and the other did not take the product with enough regularity)
Oswestry scales are a measure of the impact of symptoms upon the functional capacity and activities of daily living.
The average pre-trial Oswestry score was 47.9
The average post-trial Oswestry score was 36.1
The cumulative average difference was 11.8, representing a 24.6% reduction in Oswestry symptoms.
90% of the participants had reductions in their Oswestry scores, 70% had reductions of 10 or more.
The Visual Analog Scale is a patient's subjective indication of their pain. It is scored between 0 and 10 with 0 being no pain and 10 being the worst pain imaginable.
The average pain of the participants went from 6.05 to 4.25
The worst pains went down from an average of 7.58 to an average of 5.65
The least pains went down from an average of 3.83 to 2.55
In the questionnaire section of the post-trial survey:
90% of respondents reported positive effects from the FibroComplete
55% of respondents reported increased energy during the day
67% of respondents reported decreased pain
67% of respondents reported improved sleep
68% of respondents reported an overall improvement in their health
Of the respondents:
10% stated that the product "worked remarkably well and that they were free of most symptoms."
45% stated that the product "worked moderately well and that it reduced many of their symptoms."
35% stated that the product " worked mildly well and that it reduced some of their symptoms."
5% of respondents felt that the product did not work at all.
