Sleep Complete
The nighttime pack, SleepComplete, contains 2 capsules and 1 softgel. The night time pack can be utilized in a variety of ways:
- All three pills can be taken approximately 45 minutes prior to the desired sleep time.
OR
- 1 capsule and the softgel can be taken 45 minutes prior to desired sleep time. The other capsule can be taken if an awakening occurs.
The nighttime pack consists of constituents that round out the daytime multi-vitamin. It also consists of pro-inflammation medicators and other constituents which promote relaxation and sleep. In he nighttime product IPA is replaced with Evening Primrose to eliminate the possibility of any stomach upset.
Medication use can vary the nighttime packet use. Consultation with your prescribing physician is advised. Once the packets are opened you should not save any unused contents for longer than several days. Unopened packets should be kept dry, at normal room temperatures and out of direct sunlight.
